I think law 127 is fair because if you can't prove that someone did something, you could have just been falsely accusing someone and you should be punished for that.
I don't think law 22 is fair. just because someone steals something, they shouldn't have to die. they should be punished but not by death.
i think law 129 is fair because if someone breaks something of yours, you should get to break something of theirs of equal rank.
